Have you arrived in a bad state, have you arrived late, do not like ...?
If so, contact us and we will refund your money or send a replacement, at no cost. In all non-food products.
For fresh truffles or truffled products, refunds are not allowed to be food, you know, food safety. For the truffle, you must understand that it is a natural and scarce product, they do not always leave the field with the perfection that we would like. What we do assure you is that the taste will always be great, the form is the least important. If any food arrives broken, send us a photo and we will replace the product, free of charge.
