At Manjares de la Tierra we are passionate about what we do and are dedicated to the greatest gastronomic treasure given to us by the land in Sarrión so we can transform it into an object of worship.

Today, we are the first women diamond polishers in a male-dominated sector who have known how to innovate and adapt ourselves. We were the first to professionalise our passion and we aim to continue making this dish into an artform to be proud of.

We take pride in exporting to more than 20 countries, where our products are benchmarks for quality and the Spanish brand.
