Every year in December, celebrates in Sarrion FITRUF, the most important exhibition, exclusively dedicated to the black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum). You can discover all about the Truffle’s World: conferences, culinary demonstrations, tasting menus made with truffles and more interesting activities like truffle-hunting dog shows. This fair is a great opportunity to discover and enjoy black truffles from Sarrion, the best in the world!
